Welcome!  Welcome!  Welcome!

As I busy myself unpacking  boxes, decorating bulletin boards and moving furniture, I can't help but be excited and energized at the thought of a brand new school year. Although the end of summer always brings feelings of sadness and disappointment, they are ultimately overshadowed by my desire to begin something new and fresh!

As many of you know, our new room is Room 107, the classroom just beyond the main office. It's a wonderful space and just the perfect size for our PA learning communities to bond and engage in a new year of learning. Twenty of our fifth grade PA students have moved on to middle school, and six second grade students are beginning their very first PA school year. Of course, we also have some new faces in third, fourth and fifth grades as well....and we are all excited to get to know and welcome them!!

Project Arrow will commence on the second week of school, September 3rd, after we return from Labor Day Weekend. I will, however, make arrangements with classroom teachers to meet briefly with everyone to  say hello during our first week of school,

For those of you who would like to purchase school supplies  prior to the first day of school, I ask that your child have the following items by September 3rd. Having these supplies will help your child get off to a positive start and stay organized right from the get go.

Second Grade Students
