The concept of change is the overriding theme in Project Arrow. We discuss the idea that change is everywhere, it is sometimes predictable and sometimes random, it can be positive or negative, and it is man-made or a product of nature. Spring offers a magnificent opportunity to witness change in the world around us...often right in front of our eyes. Below I have started a list of some of the changes I have seen in the last few weeks....as spring has come to Naperville. Please feel free to add to our list!
