It has been a fun week exploring literature and language with my Project Arrow students. As the leaves start to turn colors and fall to the ground, we are embracing the season with new ideas, insights and great reflection. My third, fourth and fifth graders are each exploring a book (The Green Book, The Secret Garden and The Girl from Yamhill). It's exciting to see that with each story we can make connections to what we have learned about the 5 generalizations of change in all of the literary elements.
